At the meeting we will establish the way in which you want to work, whether that is going to be search or contingency, which will result in you receiving a shortlist of suitable candidates to select from.

 

You can expect that each candidate on that shortlist will have been telephone screened against your mandate, references taken and met (if applicable), so that you can be sure that we have provided you with the best candidates on the market for your vacancy.

 

During the process you can also expect progress reports that will detail to you exactly what we have done for you in the search for the perfect candidate and if there are any issues, what they are.

 

Naturally, we also handle all the logistics such as arranging interviews, candidate feedback and the handling of offers.
