Annapurna facilitates the HR Transformation Network (HRTN) which is a thought leadership group comprising a committee of HR Directors and leading industry experts, James Ballard and Charlie Appleyard of Annapurna and the leading HR academic David Ulrich via RBL Consulting. The Network meets physically on a quarterly basis and each meeting inlcudes guest speakers (such as Neil Roden RBS, Ann Almeida HSBC, Harvey Francis Skanska UK, Martin Tiplady Metropolitan Police Force, Reg Bull former CHRO LG Electronics), ‘break out’ sessions and networking.

Through this network Annapurna HR has created a living community of over 1,500 senior HR leaders that we build true, long lasting relationships with and are in contact with no matter if they are recruiting , looking for work, or not. This gives us the unique opportunity to reach out to these people when mandated on searches for information on potential target companies and individuals for roles. We are also able to introduce these people to other interesting HR leaders in our network and add value to their HR networking capability. The HRTN costs thousands of pounds a year to run, but we believe the unique nature of the relationships we are building throughout the HR industry merit the expense.
